I have no clue what this shop is all about, but it sure looks interesting.
There is a mural on the side of the building that features giant lips,
Mighty Mouse and Piggly Wiggly running off with a Baskin Robbins cone.
Pictures are forthcoming.

Why did Baskin Robbins change their Daiquiri Ice ice cream recipe?
Like I said, nothing stays the same...

It sure is a colorful building. The flying red horse company (they got bought out by the XX buys long time ago) was my very first employer. They were very proud of the Pegasus.
@Yogi - So was the flying horse Mobil's logo? I can't remember.
Is this the Baskin Robbins on Classen Blvd??? If so, I am stunned! Moving away to Austin about six years ago, I've not kept up as much with the changes Ok City's gone thru.
Jen, I love your blog and I have to admit that I still miss OKC after all these years of being gone. I was a displaced Okie - having moved there to attend Oklahoma Christian up on Memorial Rd but ended up staying for close to twenty eight years. Your photos and remembrances really make me smile and even make me a little homesick. My son just finished his freshman year at OC and I'm due for a brief visit this summer. I'm going to have to make sure I have enough time to make the rounds to some of the old familiar places just to see what's survived and what's no longer with us. Thanks for the memories!
