xoxo, sully

Sully: Mom, why do we kiss people?

Mom: (BIG. LONG. PAUSE.) Why do we kiss people?

Sully: (BOBBING HEAD UP AND DOWN) Yes! Why do we kiss people?

Mom: I have no idea.

Sully: It's love, mom. It's hugs.

Aw! That's so sweet--and perceptive. Kids have got it all worked out, haven't they?

I have an award of appreciation for you on my blog.

Jen,

What a remarkable soul that little boy has. He is a "thinker" just like his momma.

I have been so busy with graduation celebrating, but I just wanted to let you know that the comment you left for me brought tears to my eyes. Thank you. Coming from you, the words mean even more.

Love,
Debbie

"Where are you going, my little one, little one?

Where are you going, my baby, my own?

Turn around and you're two~

Turn around and you're four~

Turn around and you're a young 'man' going out of the door

Turn Around~

Turn Around and you're a young 'man' going out of the door..."

When we don't give them an answer to their questions and they have to think of something for themselves.....look what they come up with!

Sully rocks....Sully rocks!
