GenX was the first generation that was highly educated, but found the jobs were still held by people thirty years older than them with very little education. It bred distrust that the system didn't work. Also, Genx was the first generation since the great depression to expirience mass movement. The craving for community is still left over from the old promises of the baby boomers...get a job, settle down and work for 30 years then retire. Too bad the boomers are wearing the dreams they sold us around their waistlines. Rob
