gen x halloween [casper the friendly ghost]

The earliest picture I found of a Casper the Friendly Ghost costume was the late 1950s.
There were a few on Flickr taken in the early 60s, but they were not available for publication on my blog.
It's funny how timeless Casper has become.
I found photos of kids on dressed up as Capser in 2008!

OMGosh the song and the fact you can tell it came from a record player i can hear the needle yanno the sound?

and boy how i remember the days of those costumes, the hard plastic masks-the fabric of the costume wow jen what a pictorial find!
