Was Generation X the first generation to open the door to the social media craziness that pervades the Internet today? Or do we have our parents or our kids to thank for that?

While many people know the demographics slices that use social media, I’m interested in what different generations think about why they use social media the way they do. Is Generation X’s relationship with technology different than others and where did that come from?

So I’m asking you, the readers of Jen’s Gen X blog for some feedback for a new book I’m writing.
