I absolutely loved Welch's grape juice as a kid. Now, the company is marketing to me for the sake of my kids. Generation X moms are the target market for Welch's new campaign Real. Grape. Goodness. The ads feature TV personality Alton Brown who is well-known among foodies.

Currently featured under the promotions section of Welch's Web site is a contest to a win a garden for your kids' school; coupons for Welch's products and 18 recipes to makeover the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I just realized I'm a total jelly snob. I buy lots of generic products, but never jelly. I always buy Welch's. Why? Because my kids eat it and I guess psychologically or emotionally I'm wanting to make sure they have the best. Who knew I was such a (grape) sucker. I even mailed this ridiculously fun Welch's video, jelly time to some of my friends.
Note: I realize it sounds like I was paid to write this post, but I wasn't.

Hated grape juice, still do - my sister was the fan, although I am certainly a fan of adult grape juice! However, I love grape jelly, cannot have a peanut butter sandwich without it!
