Christmas Cranberry Salsa

Red and Green Christmas Recipe! Cranberry Salsa

The other day I discovered a fantastic recipe for cranberry salsa, which I served at our Christmas dinner tonight. I found it on an Oklahoma City blog. The blogger (Carey Sue) is an etiquette expert. When she said this salsa had a kick, she wasn’t kidding! I could eat this all day long, and it’s so easy to make. I put it on my turkey, but it would be really great with chips or even by itself.

Cranberry Salsa in red and green. Merry Christmas!

This was halfway through before I stirred all the ingredients together and added the sugar. Doesn’t it look Christmassy!?
I would be so lost without my Magic Bullet.

Jen, this looks and sounds too delicious for words. My friend Nora was looking for a good salsa (and she’s a total foodie). I think I’m going to send her your recipe.

Whoa, I might have to try that. My wife is a cranberry fiend and I love hot food. Could be a win-win.

    YUM!
I watched my sister make this for Thanksgiving. Even though I can’t stand cranberries I ate half the dish before she ever got it to the table.
