I announced a few weeks ago, that beginning June 1, this blog would become a multi-authored site. I'll still be writing here, and researching and collecting and posting Gen X content, but I think you'll really like what these contributors have to offer.
Chris is the first person I'm introducing, and I'm introducing him earlier than planned because the timing is right. Thursday night was the last night he spent in the house he's called home with his wife and daughter for the last several years - because he's going through a divorce. When you read his latest post, The Worst Day Ever, I hope you'll see the potential contributors have in this blog's evolution and transition. Below is Chris's bio, which now appears on the contributors page. On Monday, I will be introducing another contributor, so please check back.
Chris writes:
I’m 42 years old and live in Michigan. I’m divorced and have a beautiful 9-year-old daughter who is also my best buddy. Due to my current circumstances I’m residing in my parents’ spare room – Ugh! I work in a library and fortunately still have a job but my days could be numbered. I am also a writer, of short stories and novels mainly. I’ve yet to be published but have not as of this writing given up on the dream. I’m also cuckoo for pop culture, particularly movies and television. And of course I’m a passionate reader, particularly interested in Generation X fiction/writers. Oh yeah, I really dig zombies too.
