What can companies do to retain high potential Gen X talent?

Is the company or organization you work for worried about losing you? According to an article, Old Playbook Tactics Unlikely to Work, published on Emirates Business, only 9 percent of surveyed executives expect Gen Xers to leave 12 months after the current recession ends. But, in reality, 22 percent of surveyed Xers have been job hunting over the past year and only 37 percent plan to remain with their current employers.

What can companies and organizations do to retain high potential Gen X talent?
