Today is World AIDS Day. It is so hard to believe that the pandemic has now entered it's 30th year.

I have personally known three people who died of AIDS. I have known two others whose siblings died of AIDS. I'm so grateful for the drugs that help keep this awful disease at bay, and my heart breaks for those who are out of reach of these drugs.

Let's keep fighting, and as the President says, continue our efforts "to combat stigma and discrimination, and to finding a cure.
