Happy Feet (Image via RottenTomatoes.com)Yesterday, I published a post about Erik's Opera from Happy Feet 2, and since that time I've been getting a lot of search engine traffic from people looking for more information about the wonderful, performance by the charming, operatic penguin.
The soundtrack was released today and someone has already created a YouTube video. I've listened to it several times and copied down what I think are the lyrics. If you hear something different let me know. This film has a strong father-son theme as does this song. We need more of these.
I'm included the wrong spelling, Eric's Opera, to help direct searchers to the information they are seeking.
Erik's Opera begins:

Thank you SOOO-OOO MUCH for posting the words to Erik's song. That little penguin still dances in my heart every day. His love for his father teach me a lot more ways to love my own father!
