Happy Sunday! Here are some beautiful old hymns sung by students from Fountainview Academy, located in southern British Columbia, Canada. I especially love the first one. It’s a hymn I sung so many times growing up, I Know Whom I Have Believed. It was sung at Eric’s funeral in October 1985.
The hymn’s title comes from 2 Timothy 1:12: “I am not ashamed, for I know him in whom I have believed and am confident that he is able to guard what has been entrusted to me until that day.”
I love this verse because it reminds us that we do not keep our salvation. The Lord guards and keeps our salvation.
There are many hymns on Fountainview Academy’s YouTube channel. Check it out here.
Here is a song I heard my mom and sister Faith sing many times growing up, Fill My Cup, Lord.
