The part about twirling the cassettes to save battery juice. I loved that. You're so right about the "D'oh!" I'm going to be saying that all day now. You crack me up. Even when I was pregnant, the maternity clothes were clingy stretch fabric. Now, not even 2 1/2 years passed the birth of my last all the maternity clothes are flattering. Perpetually being messed with!!! The other part that got me - always too young, too old. I never looked at o...I really enjoyed that article. I never looked at our circumstances that way--perpetually "too" something and always the underdog--but it's quite true. Maybe it's why Gen X-ers find Homer Simpson's "D'oh!" exclamation so funny...it is our existence. Every example mentioned in that article spontaneously triggered a D'oh! response in my mind.
