Bridgy – forever my little miracle. She helped me build the snowman, patting the snow on his belly. She loved him and gave him a hug. Actually, lots of hugs. Her cheeks were red.
Isn’t this the most precious picture ever? My little girl Bridgy hugs Frosty after building a snowman with her brother Sullivan and sister Juliette. What an amazing White Christmas in Oklahoma City it was!
There’s only a three percent chance every year that Oklahoma City will have a white Christmas, which is exactly what we had this year! It’s only the second truly white Christmas I remember in Oklahoma, and I’ve lived here for 25 years. The last one was in 1987. This year’s snowfall made everything nearly perfect, despite the fact we were snowed in and didn’t make it up to Edmond or south OKC to see family.

Juliette makes wiping out look stylish | Playing in the Snow

You can hardly tell in the picture, but the girls are wearing matching green boots, It’s a gift from big brother Sully.

The kids definitely enjoyed a White Christmas in OKC!

Most of the picures I took of Robert look like this: pulling the kids on the sled.

Juliette got Rob in the eye with a snowball, and he obviously took it in great stride!

I just love it when Sully picks big chunks of ice off a dirty car and eats it.

We had so much fun making our pyramid-shaped Frosty!

My real life snow angel.

Little Bridgy trudging through the snow. At two, she’s still my baby. I think she always will be.

Looks like Robert got in one ski run. =)
These photos are so beautiful!!!!!!

Merriest of Christmases Jen, le xox
What great photos! I was feeling a bit sad that we DIDN’T have a white Christmas in Michigan, where you can almost always count on it. I’m glad you shared these photos so I could instead feel very happy that you were able to enjoy the experience that we northerners tend to hog. Merry Christmas!
Looks like you folks had a wonderful Christmas!
You guys know how to do snow! All great pics but I liked the last of Dad taking a turn.
Wow, how absolutely lovely! I wish we got snow – I’m thinking our front yard slope would make a great sledding spot!
Jen, I was waiting for this post. It’s great. Rob
How awesome you all got to have a white Christmas. The kids look like they are loving it.
Wishing you a Happy New Year.
These are all great Jen!! Especially “hugging the snowman”!! What a fun time you all look like you are having!
Those are great!
I like your snowman. Our snow was too dry to build one!
Great Pics! Looks like a blast!
We’re just getting our snowfall here in Michigan.
