Oklahoma City Marathon Pictures

There was a strong showing for Boston today in the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. The marathon route goes right through our neighborhood so it was easy for me to get some nice shots. I can’t remember a better race, and I loved the OKC ♥ BOS T-shirts.

Since the Oklahoma bombing, one generation has passed and another has been born. It took just 7 seconds to implode what remained of the federal building, but it would take the length of a generation to construct a new reality. The war on terror is long and unpredictable and maybe, it never ends. All the more reason to recognize the brilliant luster in the half-light of life — and run.
