Every year, we try to go to the St. Patrick’s Day parade here in Oklahoma City. Last year, they changed the parade route from Automobile Alley to Sheridan. This year they pushed it another block south to Reno. I wish they’d move it back to Automobile Alley. The old brick buildings made for a great parade backdrop.
We like to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day around here. I made my usual corned beef and cabbage, soda bread and potato soup. The kids loved it so much they asked for bowls of cereal 30 minutes after dinner.
I am very attached to my Nikons, so the selfie is rare with me, and the family selfie rarer still. So, I’m slow to the party, but hey, I’m here. Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everybody!
