Black History Month

Back in February, I attended a banquet at the Oklahoma History Center in honor of Black History Month. I was happy to capture so many wonderful faces in the crowd. Here is one of my favorites. I don’t know his name, but he was unflinching in the face of my Nikon. He just smiled and said, “Why do you want to take my picture? There is nothing special here to see.”
